Blackboard Ultra is a software-as-a-service product; therefore,
updates and developments are made to Ultra on a continuous basis to best serve
your learning needs. Notification of these updates and developments will appear
in the Ultra environment within a banner, as well as appear on the Release
Notes pages of Chalk
it up!site.
The Introduction to
Blackboard Ultra tutorial is correspondingly updated to reflect these software
changes; however, this may not be simultaneous with the occurrences, so you may
see slight variances in the tutorial as compared to the actual classroom
environment.

As a student, you have the
ability to filter and limit your notifications in your Blackboard Activity
Stream.

Grades can be accessed only
one way in Blackboard Ultra.

A student can see the number
of attempts allowed, total points, and the due date in their local time zone
for their assignment before selecting “View Assessment” to view the assignment
directions.
